Jessica Biel on Letterman tonight (Wed 11/7)

Jessica Biel just came across the stage to sit with Letterman.....about 5 minutes after her nipples arrived before her. Holy Shniekies, Batman!!!

I've always heard that Letterman keeps the studio as cold as a freezer. Maybe this is one (or two) of the reasons why.

CBS will probably make every effort to keep her away from the site of the Super Bowl. ::)

Quite right. Some years ago, I was watching Letterman when he was doing a comedy bit in the studio audience. A young attractive woman stood up to participate - she was wearing a lightweight top, and her nipples were...obvious. Others in the audience started to giggle nervously, and as the laughter got louder, the woman (embarrased by now) said, "Well, it's cold in here!"

Letterman decided to be a gentleman, and didn't riff on it - just moved on to the comedy bit, whatever it was.

Could not see that in the clip posted on CBS' website. She must have warmed up
under the studio lights by then.

I cannot imagine this being true. Why would one subject an entire audience and crew to cold air just to expose female nipples? That would be very selfish.

Dave has always been known to keep his studio cold, like the saying "It's colder that a witch's tit" in this studio.

I've read lots of comments over the years from people that the studio is basically a freezer. So take that as fact for as much as you want to. As to why its so cold? I have no idea. Perhaps Dave just likes it that way. But since I don't really care much its not like I'm going to call CBS and try to get an answer from them.

The reason that they keep the studio so cold, and I've been up to the Ed Sullivan Theater many times to see Dave tapings, is that the TV lights produce so much heat up on stage. If they didn't keep it that cold, we'd see Dave sweat on TV which would really look bad in HD.

Dave has said many times in the past, that he keeps the place cold "to keep the comedy fresh!" :D
