I totally agree. PRO took a hit in the spring but it wasn't her fault. Jessica is doing great! She's also super at live apperances.
 
I find her annoying and too self centered sounding but that being said I think she's doing exactly what she should be doing and is good at it.I'm not part of her target audience and would probably find her female target audience annoying too so if I were programming the station I wouldn't change anything about what she's doing.
