Jewish pirate on 96.7 FM

For years I've been hearing sporadic broadcasts of Jewish religious programming on 96.7 FM here in central NJ, with a signal apparently coming from somewhere in NYC. Lately it seems to be on the air 24/7, with talk/preaching in the morning and music at night, most of it non-English (presumably in Yiddish and/or Hebrew). The signal is in stereo and is rather overmodulated. Could this be coming from the same folks who broadcast Lubavitcher Radio on 1710 kHz AM?

I heard this station the other day in the car. It sounds strong near Coney Island. There's also a Caribbean Pirate on the same frequency. 96.7 is a popular Pirate around here.

I thought it sounded Jewish. I heard that station on Tuesday the 7th in a parking lot on Route 35 and New Monmouth Road in Middletown, NJ (Monmouth County).. That's a pretty good distance from Coney Island for a pirate? Wow.
