Jim Baldridge retiring.

It's official, Jim Baldridge is retiring in August after 37 years at WHIO-TV, channel 7. So why mention this on a RADIO board? Well, before he got into TV he was known as Jim Gregg on WING, one of the "Lively Guys", remember???

He mentioned in his bio on the WHIO-TV website a while back that he started at WCIT in Lima(the current ESPN-940 with the old WZOQ call letters transplanted from 92.1 to 940,previously WLJM)when he was a high school senior in his home town of Lima. Jim had his hands full when Don Wayne retired..but he pulled it off quite well.

Happy retirement Jim!

Completely true!

Gosh I hate to hear this. Jim is a great guy and I have met him in person several times. He deserves it though and I wish him the best.
