Jim Hubmaster on KYW

Jim, who use to work in Delaware at WILM is doing the traffic on KYW today. Does anyone know if he is the new reporter, or is he just filling in. I ask, because he sounds really good!!
 
He's probably filling in for Pat Winters, or Pat is doing mornings for Sam. He is the Assistant Director of Operations at Metro Traffic, or Total traffic, or whatever they are these days since CC bought Metro. He's filled in before, and done weekends there.
