Jim Murphy (Controller for CCLA) gets shown the door.

How many people who were good at there jobs have been shown the door at CCLA? Jim is the latest in a long line of people who have exited at the top of their game. He probably made too much money. They canned their controller a few months back as well because some new suit that took over control of the region decided he wanted his own guy there. Didn't matter if any of these people were good at what they did, it's all money and politics. Listen to the talent they've fired that are on other LA stations and you can hear a difference. Don't know the specifics, but I'm sure that someone there with their green card decided he wanted Jim's job too, wouldn't surprise me...

Jim seemed like a good guy. From what I hear, this really came out of left field. He was totally blindsided.

That's the way most have gone lately, totally unsuspecting...

I've been reading more and more about some HUE cuts coming to CC all around the country but they're waiting until after the election to do so with Romney's Bain connection and they don't want to give the campaign something new they have to address especially in cutting back on workers.
Sad but shades of things to come as CC streamlines even more making as much of their programming coming from one locaion and then sent throughout the country, all about the profit, apparently they're not making enough.

When you're 22 billion dollars in debt, you can never make enough money. Stupidity got them there and they'll never get themselves out of it. Lowry and his boys got their money though...
