I wouldn't be surprised if Jim Nantz decides to retire within the next year, with the upcoming NFL season being his last (CBS has the next Super Bowl, which would be an ideal way for him to conclude the football portion of his broadcasting career) and then for him to make his farewell broadcast at the 2024 Masters.
Jim in not that old. He's about the same age as Kevin Harlan, which is to say he's 63. He's about ten years younger than Bob Costas, who just signed a new deal with Warner Media. He told Sports Illustrated that he'll stay with the NFL "for many years to come." His latest contract was signed in 2021:
