I didn't see anything about this on the KNST website, and I haven't heard him talk about it on his show. I guess it's something he's doing on his own. Interesting...

Bobbles,

I looked at the site, it's quite incomplete. Nothing on the mp3 links, secondary windows in a basic template form. Why it went live before it was completed, I have no clue.

From what I can tell the site went live in 2006. Very strange. Most of the links don't work, and the ones that do open up windows with a bunch of gobbeldy-gook in them. And that pumping music in the background? This is all very bizarre. The template looks like it's made for something urban/hip-hop themed, yet it's being used as the homepage for an older-targeted AM talk/magazine show host.

Does this mean that Jim got the no-compete clause deleted from his contract?

He must not have one or it would surely prevent him from doing the internet show. CC doesn't mess around with their non-competes. Is it possible Parisi doesn't have a contract?

The Jay Leno interview is nearly two years old. Note the reference to Senator John Kerry's infamous "botched joke" about how people who don't do well in school "get stuck in Iraq" which would put it in late Oct/early Nov 2006. Leno was doing the interview to promote an upcoming local appearance.

Maybe newtucsonvoice can help us out here...

This may be a little different circumstance but the issue over Jeffries bolt from CC to Citadel a few years ago emphasised that noncompetes in AZ labor contracts are unenforceable.
