The affiliate for Fox Sports Radio, and Premiere's Jim Rome Show, in Flagstaff, AZ is a non-licensed low-power AM station!

Mr. Hagen claims that he's within Part 15 guidelines, and says the FCC visit was prompted by local licensed stations who don't want his competition.
The FCC notice issued to Mr. Hagen's "Overdrive Broadcasting" is here:
<a target="_blank" href=http://www.fcc.gov/eb/FieldNotices/2003/DOC-260037A1.html>http://www.fcc.gov/eb/FieldNotices/2003/DOC-260037A1.html</a>
It says measurements of the station's field strength were somewhat over the legal limits for Part 15 non-licensed operations. For his part, Mr. Hagen says he's corrected what he calls "minor technicalities" and says he's 100% within FCC guidelines.
He apparently also provides the station's audio programming to local cable channel 99. The website dedicated to the TV station has embedded audio of Hagen's recent appearance on FSR's "The Drive", talking about the Arizona Cardinals' training camp move out of Flagstaff. Host Chris Myers refers to him as being from affiliate Fox Sports 1650.
What I'm curious about - is Premiere/FSR aware of the status of their local affiliate in that market? They are clearly aware the station exists, as it's on their Rome affiliate list (under "calls" KBZX). Do they know it's an unlicensed, Part 15 operation? If so, would they provide their programming to other such operations?
