Is there a reason why 92.3 decided to pick up this holdover from the pre-Limbaugh/pre-beans and rice era and then not only not tell anyone about but bury it overnights for only one hour? Just when I thought their programming decisions couldn't be any more inexplicable, I see this head-scratcher....

Perhaps they had one hour to fill, and filled it with that....
Why bother with only one hour when they could have just thrown in another who-cares extra hour of beans and rice? And, interestingly enough, 92.3 has (until fairly recently) made a point of mentioning new schedule change - so, yes, a personal invitation would be nice since they made a point of inviting me to Kim Komando's single-hour whoop-de-freakin-doo. Do they not want people listening to their graveyard shift programming? So, yes - I know it's on their web site - I just don't hear anyone talking about it on air - which would be like 550 doing Leykis Best Of's or Duke Shirlaw Best Of's and not bothering to tell anyone about it.
Do they promote Gordon Deal during the day? What are you doing awake at 2AM?

Are you aware that the show *doesn't* air at 2:00am for only one hour in most other markets? If you're going to accuse me of being ignorant, you should at least get your facts straight. Even the overnights have him at at least two hours minimum:

What difference does that make? Stations have the option to do what's best for them. This is what they choose.
