Jimmy Kimmel

Channel 2 must either be getting ready to finally carry the Jimmy Kimmel show or they really are as dumb as we think.

They ran the Jimmy Kimmel prime time special last night (Weds) which was a one hour promo letting everyone in Atlanta know what they have missed over the last 3 years.

Does anybody know if they will be joining the 21st century and start putting his show on the air here?

WSB Overnight Schedule
12:05-12:35 Entertainment Tonight
12:35-1:05 Action News Nightbeat Replay
1:05-1:35 The Insider
1:35-2:35 Montel Williams Replay
2:35-4:30 World News Now

They are dumb. This was one of the rare times WSB-TV didn't take an opprotunity to preempt. Make a note of it, because your children will not believe it years from now.

WSB-TV is not fit for network affiliation. No Cox station is fit for network affiliation. I heard Cox has bad relations with every network becasue of their frequent preemptions (It is rumored Cox's KTVU San Francisco could lose their Fox affiliaton over this).

Except that Channel 2 is one of ABC's stongest affiliates, maybe its strongest,
and not one the network would be inclined to drop.

Those of you who want Jimmy Kimmel on
Channel 2 might get hold of gm Bill Hoffman.
I don't know his e-mail address, but Channel
2's address is:

WSB-TV
1601 West Peachtree Street NE
Atlanta, GA 30309
