Jingle Leases

Anyone know what most jingle companies charge for renewals, or if they do at all? I've dealt with a few companies in the past and only 1 is trying to get absurdly high renewal rates. We've paid you once already, and now you want more?
I guess the options are:
1) stop using the cuts that are soon to be out of lease
2) keep using them, and then face lawsuit, violation, fines? What is the worst that can happen?
3) other suggestions?

Any help/ideas would be appreciated!

If you don't want to deal with it, find a company that will let you do a buyout. Otherwise you are licensing the cuts. You're right on option one. Option two would most assuredly land you a whopping fine and damages that could be equal to ten times the amount of your license. Option two is the stupid way.

Be an informed consumer, no matter what your station/market size is.

In Akron we're using old WAKR PAMS Series 26 jingles. I called Jon Wolfert at Jams/Pams. Licensed the jingles for $150 per year. Can't beat that!
