Same signal strength today, which is the day they should be on Mermaid Lane.

Two saturdays ago, I was driving down to Washington, and was popping back and forth between WOGL and WJJZ. The signal was KILLER strong all the way to the Delaware Memorial Bridge, so I was thinking that maybe they were testing the new facilities. But, by Newark, Del., the signal was breaking up.

Pretty good signal coverage from Ingham Avenue in Ewing (it's almost on the Trenton city line). I realize the signal probably doesn't penetrate Center City well, but I could always get it on 95 riding through Philly with no problem.

I was wondering when the switch was going to happen. Up in Allentown the signal is reasonably usable; if one believes the radio-locator contour, the signal should be better for us and for Reading from the new digs.

I am wondering if Reading folks will kvetch, though...because WRVV / 97.3 / Harrisburg is reasonably popular there (though not in the top 5) -- and lower-quality non-digitally-tuned radios might have trouble discriminating the two signals.
