JMV's Six-Month Non-Compete About to Expire

If JMV had a six-month non-compete, then, around Monday, May 24, 2010, he should be released to work, full-time, in the area. For those who are interested, keep your eyes and ears at the ready.
 
What's funny is that Eddie White was taken off afternoons at WFNI as of today. He will contribute but no longer host the show.....interesting timing huh?
 
6 month non-compete? He was on Channel 13. Was this a 13 non-compete? Thought he was on there recently. A radio and not tv non-compete? This defeats the purpose doesn't it?
 
Saw him on 59 this weekend. If a true non compete exists how is it possible to have one and still be on television?
 
I Believe JMV's WNDE Deal which has the non-compete clause in it didnt preclude him from working on TV while the duration of the NC. When Julie and Steve left ZPL for WENS they did stuff with Channel 6 while they were in Radio Jail.
 
Just Heard on WFNI. that the new Afternoon Show starts next Monday. Looks Like JMV is in at the Fan. im really Surprised Mark Patrick is in hosting MPOS today pending its rumoured his son was due to be Called up to the Nationals today in St Louis.
 
I was listening to MPOS online today, and while Ace's quality sounded great, Mark sounded as if he was doing the show from a bunker.

Also, I'm enjoying the Bob and Tom bits instead of PSAs during the commercial breaks.

I can't wait to switch back and forth between Mark and John if these rumors are true.

JMV hasn't been announced as the host, yet. But all the advertising definitely points in this direction. The baggery (the WNDE forum rats) have already moved to the WFNI forums. Looks like everything is set.
 
JMV was on with the morning show on WIBC this morning talking about his new show on 1070 The Fan. He starts today at 3:00.

He's also on their website, now.
