Joan Rivers was rushed to a New York City’s Mount Sinai Hospital this morning when she stopped breathing during throat surgery. Rivers, host of E!’s Fashion Police was rushed to the hospital shortly after 9:30 AM ET in cardiac arrest. She had stopped breathing during throat surgery at a clinic on the Upper East Side.
