Job Opening mighty appeal to Scott Franzke?

The Texas Rangers will not have Josh Lewin back as their television voice in 2011. It makes me wonder if this might not have an effect on Phils radio man Scott Franzke. I don't knoiw his contract status, but I know he has roots there, having graduated from TCU, and used to host pre and post game Rangers talk on radio. Moving "up" to television, and a return home might be appealing. The hidden good news, again, guessing, is it might "force" the Phils to give Franzke some tv work. Personally, I think we've been quite fortunate to have a relatively smooth transition post Harry, thanks to Scott. So am I making too much out of this?

I like Franzke, but I wouldn't go back to the way they had it with Harry Kalas. I like it the way it is now much better - you have radio guys and you have TV guys, and, other than in the postseason, you keep it separate. And, within each, you have play by play guys and you have color guys. Everyone has a role.
