DrPickle's station...I love it. Classic flashback to the family owned stations of yesteryear. The (I'm assuming) owner and principle personality is "Jolly Joe" Timmer, and he even has his own website (Jolly Joe Timmer's Page of Polka) in addition to the station site.
I've sworn off radio for far more profitable endeavors, but I'd seriously enjoy working a month (max) in a place like that again just for the quirks and nostalgia.
And to think that there are scores of folks who want to escape those cozy little ponds for Memphis or similar rat races. Sigh.
