Job requirements to work at a CBS station.. Posted on Indeed

I got a bit of a chuckle when I saw this on Indeed.com with WBMX looking for people. This is a copy and paste from the posting.

[PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Majority of work day will be spent sitting at broadcast board, speaking into a microphone and manipulating board controls.

Sounds like lawyerese to cover any question about essential job requirements that might be raised under the ADA or other federal or state laws and regs. (State regs may be germane here because you don't see this kind of boilerplate when they're posting jobs in NYC, Philly or Chicago.)

CBS is engaging in CYA...

WHAT? IS IT TRUE? WBMX may go all news?! OMG!
Looks like no more "Can't Beat Kennedy!" I couldn't beat her even if I got all 5 questions right.
