The Vibe 106.3 in Fort Wayne is looking for a part time / weekend jock that wants to get their feet wet at a station that puts the priority on programming. This is a great opportunity for the right guy or girl. Contact Phil Becker at 260 482-9288.

Russ (old skull), why not send up all the KLU jocks that you fired over the past two years. I'm sure their anti-corporate spirit is still burning strong!

Hey Radio Ho...you're right...so do you want to work them then?

Do I want "what" then? The employees or the position? Either way - no thanks. I believe in the "old school" way of actually having jocks SAY something creative, not READ something over and over again, shift after shift.

They call that "adding personality." You should try that with KLU sometime.

Jackoholic! ::)

got me - can't get one past you! ;)

Russ is still hiring jocks when so many others are letting them go. Good for him! We can't knock him for this. He is good at keeping peolple too.

i agree that russ is hiring jocks, and keeping people on board as well. good for him.

except that on the vibe, jack holiday and keith harris do not sound good on the air.

holiday sounds just awful and harris sounds too mellow for the upbeat format.

what does everyone else think of the new format and of the gimmick that is now wbtu?

Too bad he's not hiring radio professionals. I've heard better talent in smaller markets.
