Jockey Joe Passes Away

Thought some may be interested in this.

Anyone remember how Joe did on KFLI in the ratings? Also was wondering what was the format, am or fm. I believe he may have owned the station. Just any info you may remember about him would be nice. I always enjoyed listening to him here in Cincy on WLW. Was sorry to see him leave town.
Thanks,
Ron

The Hawaii deal fell through. He wasn't there for long. I remember him back at WLW within a year. Did a couple of weekend shifts before he headed to Denver.

Thanks for the info, History. I don't remember him back at WLW on weekends. But then I don't remember what happened yesterday sometimes. I had just assumed he spent the rest of his time on the air in Hawaii until someone posted the Denver link of his death on the Cincinnati Board.
