FCC has approved assignment of KBKW and FM translator to Sacred Heart Radio. Consummation expected shortly.
 
And we have consummation. As of October 19, 2022 KBKW-AM and its associated FM translator are now owned by Sacred Heart Radio, adding to their growing footprint of AM and FM stations.
