Joe Condon, who's been a fixture in the Albany market since the early '60s on WTRY-AM, WROW-FM and B95.5, is currently in St. Peter's Hospital. I'm sure he'd appreciate get well wishes from his friends. Probably best to send them in care of WYJB-FM, 6 Johnson Rd., Latham, NY 12110

Joe is a great guy with an AMAZING amount of knowledge of radio, enjoyed our chats a lot. Best wishes Joe!

Joe had surgery on Monday and experienced some complications. His wife reports that he had a good night last night. Hopefully, Joe is out of the woods and on the mend.

Good news. Joe's wife reports that he had some solid food & a couple of short walks yesterday. Sextuple heart bypass surgery is a big deal so I suspect that recovery is going to take a while. You can send get well wishes through WYJB-FM, 6 Johnson Rd., Latham, NY 12110

Thank you for the update, and glad to hear he is doing better. I worked with Joe at WROW in the 80's, what a great guy, Always professionsal and a great atitude.

Unfortunately, Joe was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday night with breathing problems. No news updates from his family so far but, hopefully, his condition has been stabilized. Meanwhile, Diane Donato is substituting for Joe on his weekly "Albany Street" public affairs show for Albany Broadcasting.

I hear Joe is returning to the air waves on Thanksgiving Day I wish him :D good health and many more years on the air what a great voice. :D
