I heard Joe Elliott announce today that beginning April 1st, his show is moving from Noon-3PM to 8AM-11AM. Any thoughts?

Joe Elliott changing time slots on WGTK 970

No mention about the move on 970wgtk.com or anywhere in print.
Bad idea!!!I could see 9-noon but 8-11 and that cuts out 1 hour of bill bennett. Whom i enjoy sometimes especially when byron york is on and usually he is on in the 8 0 clock hour

I believe I heard him say that Bennett's show would start one hour earlier, so maybe that person will be heard in the 7 o'clock hour.
I like Joe greatly, but I think this new time is a bit odd. I think he could do well in either morning drive or mid-day, since he has covered both time slots when he was at his old station. I'm really surprised by the move. Joe's shows are always informative.
