Joe Knows Videos

Purple is gonna start calling me Joe Loco, but we're giving away free TV advertising.

Careful there, no Spanish language allowed here. It apparently ruffles somebody's feathers enough that they felt the need to report me to Frank last week. So, no dice, you'll just have to remain crazy ol' Joe. After Bill's thorough explanation, I understand the reasons behind not self promoting, I just think you've got quite a bit of money regularly going out to support this concept, and with no money apparently being generated, I just don't see the long-term sustainability of Joe FM.

Perhaps I should just enjoy it while I can.

Purple,

Nobody reported the Spanish language to me.
RadioDiscussions is an English language website.
I have no problem with a few Spanish words but I have noticed an increase in foreign language posts.
I don't expect our members to use a translation engine so that they can understand the foreign language posts.
Please know that I have deleted many more posts which were written in other languages. Cyrillic characters are the most common.
Most of the foreign language posts are not visible to our Members. They are held in a special area of the website awaiting my approval.
LOCO is fine .... Everybody knows what that means. Just use your good judgement when posting.

Thanks so much for your understanding.
Frank

I see, I thought that someone had levied a complaint. The stations that I titled the two threads in Spanish, are themselves Spanish language facilities. I'm sorry Frank, I didn't even take others inability to read Spanish into consideration. It's pretty common here to be at least moderately bilingual, and I was additionally fortunate enough to have married into a Spanish dominant household, which allowed me to further expand my understanding of the language and tremendous culture. One of the very reasons I have the respect I do for David Eduardo. We share a bond of respect and love for the culture, the people, and the heritage. I'll keep it to a minimum moving forward. :)
