JOE MAMA BACK ON THE AIR WITH A NEW MORNING SHOW

WED 11:55PM or so, I noticed that Night Time DJ on Wired saying that a person by the name "MAMA" will be on the air Thursday morning and he would be the one who stole the mike. Is Joe Mama Wired new morning guy. CRAZY IDEA. But, that’s what he said. So that’s all I have to go on until Thursday or Friday morning.

Mama...as in Big Mama; former night guy at B96 in Minneapolis (where he went by "Big Tyme") and 93-3 FLZ/WILD 95.7 Tampa.

Thanks for the info..was wondering who he was..he sounds good but has made the mistake of being in a relationship with one of the female co-hosts..
Savannah I think is her name..
I have heard of couples blowing up on the air..
Worth listening to see when that may happen.

I don't like his name Big Mama....sounds too gay really..

Maybe it has another meaning for a guy as I am out of the loop..

He was asking people in their cars to flip off the person next to them.
his co-host mentioned that perhaps it wasn't a good idea to encourage "road-rage". big mama sounds as if he woke up too early, his on air delivery sounded like he as half-asleep. I hope he gets better.

Oh, no, Ethel...agreed; it is "too gay". I heard that a "Big Mama" worked as a drag-queen in St. Paul.

Could that be one and the same? ;-)
