Joe Martelle Writes In To VisitingNewEngland.com

Joe Martelle, one of the best Boston radio personalities of the 70s, 80s and 90s at WROR, recently e-mailed us with an update on what he's been doing. He and his wife, Kim, have had a lot of health problems, but are, thankfully, doing better now. They live in Colorado. Joe is also writing a book on how to become a great radio personality with "a little help from his friends" contributing to the book -- many of the broadcasting legends we grew up with. He'll also be on the Jordan Rich show on WBZ, on July 13.

You can read his letter at http://www.visitingnewengland.com/top40radio-newengland.html (The greatest Boston, MA, radio personalities of the 1960s and 1970s article). Scroll down in the article to read Joe's letter. It includes his contact info -- he'd love to hear from you!

Best regards,
Eric at VisitingNewEngland.com
