I would guess iHeart lets him use his old studio at WOAI in San Antonio as before, if he isn't doing it from home. I assume they had some arrangement when he was both on WOAI in PM drive and syndicating his show via another company.
After all, WOAI didn't replace him with another local show. His old time slot on WOAI was taken by iHeart - Premiere Networks' syndicated Jesse Kelly Show. So the studio is still available. Pags' show is still heard on a few iHeart talk stations. But it's not as an iHeart employee. Those stations simply carry the show as they would any other syndicated offering.
As they say in "The Godfather," it's not personal, it's just business.
