..whatever happened to this guy from 91 X?
Off the grid? Some people back in his home base of Long Island are wondering.. Thoughts? Whereabouts? A very special episode of CSI?

I never heard of him, but I would recommend a good choice might be to also post this on the "Where Are They Now," board.

Wasn't that Joe Targgart one of Jim Rockford's aliases
on The Rockford Files?

Given that I also moderate the Classic TV board, I would be terribly ashamed if I didn't know it was NBC. Friday nights at 9:00 for most of its run.<P ID="signature">______________

As you also asked on the "Where Are They Now" board, as was suggested in the first place, I would suggest that you're more likely to find the answer there than here.

The problem with asking such a question is that most people who might have known Joe have probably left the market, the business, or both.

Generally, if no one has answered within a day or two, the conclusion is that we don't know either. Sorry.

I'm pretty sure in 1 episode Rockford posed as a DJ awarding
a prize, his handle was Jim Taggart.

Joe was a funny and talented guy. After his brief run at 91x he started doing acting and stand-up comedy in LA and bar-tending in SD. Last I heard he was moving back to New York.

CHILL OUT. Jeez, I was under the impression that this was a board for radio professionals who may be able to help me out with something pretty important. I'll know where to go next time and it won't be here.

I wasn't serious. Glad you found him.
