Just saw that Joe Zone is moving from WSTMtv Syracuse to WFSBtv Hartford... did Zone ever do any radio on the side when he was here? I know he started out doing news at top 40 WOLF in Syracuse.

Zone did a radio show with Kevin Lynn sometime in the mid
90s on Bob Cordaro's 95.7 station, WKQV FM. The station
was all sports with the Sporting News Network or some other
entity as their network. The show led into Papa Joe
Chavalia who came on at 6pm. A.J. Munchack was in sales,
Dean Corwin did sports too. Imus in the morning was the anchor.
I think it was around that frequency, 95.7, or 96.9FM.
It was a daily afternoon show where the two yacked about
sports. I think it lasted under a year.

Yes, cuz I listened in my commute back and forth to King's. Imus, then One on One Sports, and Kevin Lynn's show. That ended in July '95, when the WARM LMA started, and Lynn latched on to WARM for a few years.

That's right. I couldn't remember the network but it
was One On One Sports. Papa Joe, Jay Mariotti (now on
ESPN) Chuck Wilson (also on ESPN) were the national guys.
Couldn't think of the network name but I want to say
they were based out of Vegas.
