John one of top men in his game, knows his stuff, created a from what Im told beautiful place over in Farmingdale as well s Smith Street in Farmingdale. John is sometimes a pain in the ass, but who isnt in this business,
Does anyone have an email address for John, I would like to drop a line. Thanks!

I worked with John as well as a new hire at WLUX. I started a week or so before the format flip from WLIX in Bayshore and later on to those studios in Farmingdale.

John was a good guy, loved radio and always enjoyed a chat with you. He was also a fellow ham radio operator and could talk about that for hours as well.

I remember the winter of 1998 when we got clobbered with all that snow. He had to go up on the roof and break the ice off the Sat dish because it was drooping and the ABC Stardust signal kept getting fringy. He came down from the roof with glasses fogged up.

I hope his leaving was his own choice and I know he would be a great addition to any station.
