John DePetro: An Interesting Program With Illegal Aliens

Noting again, the change in direction of John DePetro's Program on WRKO since Brian Whittimore has come on board.

Today, DePetro is having a group of "illegal aliens" in the studio to discuss the issue. Unlike his afternoon counterpart this particular program adds light to the issue without the intent to inflame.

Hope this kind of program will help his ratings because it is certainly more interesting to listen to than the usual name calling that goes on when this topic is brought up.

Like the change is tone.

sorry bud, making WKRO more boring won't get ratings.

Nor will more flaming which is getting extremely boring!

Has to be a place on daytime WRKO for some intellectual discussion of the issues.

Yeah, have to say that WRKO has a long history of anti-intellectual talk even under my mentor, but it is far worse now than it was in the 80's.
