John Fredrickson

> Whatever became of John Fredrickson?

After he was pushed out of 103, he stuck around the area briefly. Last I saw him was at Wal-Mart in the computer section several years ago. He looked pretty bad. Seeing how poor his health was, who knows if he is even still alive and kicking???

Don't know why...but he always liked me...we got along well. Most of the rest of the staff was scared silly by him. All in all when you got past his excentric ways, he was actually kind of a nice guy.

He was, how can I say this nicely, strange. What were the circumstances surrounding his dismissal?

Whereabouts are Biff, Pat Boland, Bonnie Nelson, Timmy D???

Biff is still in town - Works at PSU making real dollars now. Pat is still on at WMAJ/103 and whatever else Forever owns. He is pretty much their solo news guru. Timmy D moved to Philly several years ago and has not been heard of since. No idea the whereabouts of Nelson. Kinda dropped off the radar.

Have not heard from hardly any of the former crew for a long time. Guess we all drifted our seperate ways.

As for John's dismissal, I'd rather not get into that matter. If he wanted to tell, thats his story. But let's just say many of us were somewhat surprised.

Timmy D

Timmy D worked for several years at WZZD Philly as the morning guy until the station changed formats. He then took over mornings at WBYO/Word FM network in the outskirts of Philly and recently left mornings to do a nighttime rock show on the same network. He's currently working on starting up an internet based radio station of his own.
