John Lynch files suit over radio firing

Ousted president, John Lynch, has filed suit in Superior Court for the firing of his daughter Kara Guthrie and himself from Broadcast Company of the Americas. The suit names investors of the company, including the Viejas Indian Tribe, JMI, and BCA. JMI is part of John Moore's investment company that has a minority interest in the radio company. Viejas and JMI have a majority interest in BCA. John Moores is in the process of selling the Padres and in a high-profile divorce.
