John Rocker - Thursday Morning on Moby

F

Guest
Moby mentioned on today's show that John Rocker would not only appear on the show Thursday morning, he would be "in studio" taking questions and talking about his recent past, and perhaps the HGH allegations surrounding him. On or around 8:30 AM.

old news and who cares...rocker and moby are both forgotten voices anymore.

I agree with this statement...but Rocker is ALWAYS good radio. I was talking to a guy that grew up with Rocker, he said that John's dad wouldn't take John to games when he wasn't pitching...IN LITTLE LEAGUE! And that he would always warm up with his dad and no other teamate. Fast forward 20 yrs and you have a guy that's still not very good socially. He can't play the game he loves anymore. That makes for interesting radio if the right person is interviewing. That said, how will/did Moby do with John? John has been threatening a TELL-ALL book on the Braves for a while... with Pete Rose coming out on ESPNRADIO and saying that he bet on EVERY Reds game, maybe John will drop some bombshells.

I heard some of the Rocker interview and it was pretty good as far as it being Rocker, but I am wondering what the sell of WEKS will effect Moby?
