I've noticed former Breakfast Television sports guy John Whaley has been on CBC Radio lately. This week he was filling in as sports anchor for Ontario Morning, and the CBC website indicates that he has been doing sports reporting for Metro Morning lately.

I believe John was one of the original four hosts of CITY's morning program back in 1989, along with Ann Rohmer, Steve Anthony, and David Onley. He was on that show for at least five years.

Good to hear his voice again!
