John Ziegler has a syndicated talk show and it will soon be airing on WHAS (the station that fired him) Sunday nights from 7 PM-10 PM.

Where did you hear this? In the LEO Weekly newspaper the time was listed as 7 PM-10 PM on Sunday.

It's my understanding the new John Ziegler Show is produced in California. So, that would be 7PM-10PM, Pacific Time.

I'm guessing somebody failed to make the time zone conversion somewhere.
