Johnjay and Rich use actors?

OMFG...If this is true, who knows where it stops?

Do you think those reality shows stage things too?

Something on the radio or TV that isn't REAL???

Say it ain't SO!!!

:D

Oh, I thought you were going to say they used the actors to be at Phoenix appearances, meanwhile, someone found out they were really broadcasting from Los Angeles without ever telling the listeners. ;D

So, the show's got a little Phil Hendrie-esque style to it (fake calls that many listeners believe is real)? Morning shows are for entertainment, right? If there's anything outrageous coming from a caller, it's up to you to believe it or not. I've never listened to the show before, so that's just my two cents on the subject and not a penny more...

Mall Santa not really Santa?

An accusation...

"I have kept my mouth shut for a long time but this newest bit has finally made me break my silence. I used to work the mall and I understand they are just trying to entertain kids but it is going too far. Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, the bit where the kid sits on the lap and ask for presents or takes a picture ARE ALL FAKE. The mall hires actors and they just dress up as these "characters" for hours on end. They have a script and they rehearse to make sure the character looks and sounds as real as possible. Guys, sorry to put you on blast and out you but it is getting so outlandish that the parents even pretend it is real. I think it's time the people know the truth and maybe this will be a wake up call for Santa and the Easter Bunny to stop hiring cheap imitationsl. Sorry guys, I love you but this has gone on to long.
Not disgruntled but disappointed former mall employee."

Dang.

Looks like someone's parting shot to their former bosses didn't get the expected response.

I hate when that happens.

Santa's not real?!?!?!

Say it isn't so!!! :'(

Sure, now I'm sure you will tell me that Barry Youn doesn't really have an audience in his studio and that he uses cheap sound fx!

Well, I've never heard John, Jay and Rich, but have to believe if they used real listeners it wouldn't be as funny as it probably is.

At least judging by their ratings, I'd say they were probably doing something right.

Out of the three, my favorite is Jay. :D
