I'm glad I finally was able to pick him up on my radio at work too! Nevermind that it's like the '80s stuff. I know what you're saying, but Johnny keeps his show moving and he's witty and it's just entertaining compared to everyone else. For a while I was stuck listening to Rover while at work and man, it just sucked. I gave him a chance for a couple weeks and I think I'm done. The bit with Dieter eating the lightbulb pretty much sealed the deal for me. I don't care if it was real or just a fabricated bit...it was stupid and sophmoric and is nothing new really. But it was just stupid for the most part. Granted, I'd take Rover over Mancoward any day but Johnny is the king of morning radio here in Chicago once again IMO. I'm soooo glad he's back, even if it's without Buzz. Hector is a bit of a trip, too. It's just nice to have a morning show I can always rely on for a good laugh and entertainment. The only complaint I have is the Loop's music programming where they claim to play the best in new rock and classic rock...they are 85-90% classic rock. But whatever, pish-posh.
