sorry, what is diff. between ratings and sellable ratings? q101.1's ratings now? When Mancow was there?
not much of an argument

who cares about q101 & cow? he's not getting hired anywhere else either.
sellable ratings.

immutable.

immutable..."immutable" you must be a suit with tassles on your shoes...what did Mancow do to you? Tell you what you listen for 30 minutes of him and I will listen to someone else on Chicago morning drive and we can discuss the pros and cons of the shows...deal?

i've never discussed the quality of his show. it's meaningless if you can't sell it. (how many times do i need to type that?) 30 mins or 30 years...YOU CANNOT CONVERT the ratings to revenue. DO YOU COMPREHEND THIS?

Sure. Shock jocks are blacklisted by agency do not buy lists as controversial programming. Makes their great ratings harder to sell.

why is he still thought of as a "shockjock" people need to hear the show, he is far from a "shockjock" at least in my definition.

once a shock jock ..always (in the minds of clients) a shock jock. non-sellable ratings.

so your saying the client thinks of him as a sort of "1 trick pony"? do they listen to the show? did they not make $$$ off of him in the past. Please answer the old question about sellable ratings vs rating we see a few times a year in the papers. thanks.
