Joanne Carson, 83, second wife of former Tonight Show host Johnny Carson died Friday after a long period of declining health. According to Carson biographer and lawyer Henry "Bombastic" Bushkin, Joanne had been a model and program host, who provided helpful career advice to Johnny. Their marriage ended after Johnny discovered Joanne was keeping a second apartment for her affair with football player and broadcaster Frank Gifford, now husband of Kathie Lee.
