Yeah, they could, but a little help from the 35+ crowd could help, too. The 18-34 is already spread amongst Q, the Beat, V103, Hot 107-9 and, to some extent, Star. Since urban listeners are very loyal to the format, it'll be harder for Q to pry them away. They'd have an easier time with Star and the Beat.

I never have really liked Q's audio processing. I like B98.5's better than Q100's and that's not really saying a whole lot. Q seems to lack a "big-city" type of processing. Maybe something like Kiss in Chicago would be better.

When Nudge first got to Star, I wondered how he was going to fit on there. He was quite young when he started there (21?) and I thought he might push the envelope. I didn't think the "Hot Mama Check" would go over well. Granted, it's been a couple of years since I've been in the ATL, so I don't know if he still does that segment. But since he's still at Star, he must be keeping himself in check.
