Was listening to the Jon Justice morning show today during the live broadcast of President Obama signing the new Health Care Reform Bill into law.

I was truly disgusted on how the show completely disrespected the Office of The President of the United States by playing obnoxious music and sounds effects during the President's speech.

Obviously his show takes a "far right" or conservative stand in politics... which is fine. Everyone is entitled to their opinions.

However, the sheer lack of respect towards the President on Jon's part made him sound like a highly uneducated individual with zero credibility.

Mr. Jon Justice... Free speech is one thing and is a fantastic freedom we have in America.

But please try and show some RESPECT. Like him or loath him... He is still the President!

But then, nobody forces you to listen to Justice, or anyone else,

...the bogusly-named Mr. "Justice" is nothing more than a heel wrestler cutting a four-hour promo every weekday morning. There are three hate talk stations in this market, KVOI, KNST and the KQTH that "Justice" blathers on. The Fall '09 12+ numbers for Tucson establish that, between those three, they can't land 10% of the listening audience at any given hour of the day. By any other business' figuring, that's a failure...

Man I totally agree...I call every morning on The HOG and ask them to play "Gimme Three Steps" and they keep asking me they only serve "The Truth....."

.... call it what you will "far right" radio, "talk down to you" radio, or "#$%&*" radio . . . either way,
if one does not like what they hear, there is always Alternative Frequencies, The Internet, or . . .

Can't say that I have ever listened to Rush.

My problem is not the dissing, bashing, or expressing negative views of The President be it past or present.

My grievance is not giving due respect to let The President give his speech in full... THEN make all the comments you wish.

To make the decision to not let the President's words be fully heard by constantly interrupting the program with background noise and sarcastic jokes shows complete disrespect to both The Office and the listening audience. Many folks in this town may not agree with President Obama, but they still may want to have actually listened the speech.

Yes, I could change the dial. But frankly I enjoy listening to "Mr. Justice" and think he makes good points on several issues.

However he was completely out of line with the show this morning and owes Tucson an apology.

I didn't hear the broadcast in question but did any of you guys listen to the radio or watch television or read a newspaper anytime between 2001 and 2009 when GW Bush was in office? So I don't know specifically what Jon said or did but I can not imagine it was any worse that what was heaped on W. But now I really do want to hear it.

I've read the negative posts about JJ on this board over the last two years and you all are certainly entitled to your opinions but anyone want to compare ratings and revenue streams between qth and jll? Just saying...
