Hmm, another LA Times piece that conveniently forgets to accurately report that the activist phone number "scandal" was a direct result of the activist organization printing their personal cell phone numbers on their own press release that was sent to any and all media outlet with a valid email address.

Agenda much LA Times?

There is an agenda and jealousy involved. The Times wishes it had in readers what KFI has in listeners. Moreover, the KFI listeners are very loyal, Times readers, not so much. Take our household for example. The only reasons we still get the Times are (in order): coupons for my wife, sports page for me, opposition research.

Don't forget the #1 reason for the LA Times....the FRYS AD!!!!!!
I don't need an LA Times to know that Fry's has a couple of laptops on sale and a really crappy no name video card for $25 bucks (after rebate) just like I don't need to hear a radio ad that Guitar Center is having a once in a lifetime sale this weekend (or is it the one after this, or the one after that?)

Gee, and I always thought the #1 reason for the LA Times was the slimey ads from Donald T. Sterling. blech. I don't even want to open the paper, knowing those are on every other page.

That doesn't make sense. They're anti-capitalism. By their own definitions, they have no rights to sell.

Oh, but they're not anti-capitalism! They're just anti-corporatism!...Yeah.

They're not anti-capitalism. They're anti-corporatism and against unchecked and unregulated capitalism. The most recent polls show that more Americans (43 percent approval vs 27 percent disapproval in the poll I saw) were for the Occupy movements- so these people aren't on the fringes.

They may not speak for 99% of Americans, but they most likely share an opinion with the plurality, which is more than John and Ken can say. I'm glad that John and Ken are down there- and people are paying attention to the debate- as one thing that makes this country great is that we can disagree and debate our differences. China is currently suffering through a media blackout of the Occupy movement because the Communist governement is afraid of similar protests at home.

Yes!! It's actually the only part of the Friday paper that isn't immediately placed underneath the birdcage right after it's picked up from the drive-way.
