Jordan Rich farewell show

WBZ Newsradio:
"One More Time… Tonight, Jordan Rich will be filling in for Dan Rea one last time. Recent developments have forced Jordan to change up his lifestyle to concentrate primarily on wellness and self-care. Jordan will share his story and recent diagnosis with the listening audience."

I remember Jordan Rich's work on WROL's "Irish Hit Parade." He'd always do commercials for an Irish shop called The Galway Shawl in Arlington. He was also heard on other radio stations, too.

I first heard Jordan when he was the "meteorologist" mornings with Charlie Van Dyke on WRKO back in the late 70s, early 80s. Later he had a successful long run mornings at WSSH 99.5 before finding his way to WBZ. He seems like a super nice guy and I'm sure this is not easy for him. I'm glad he's going to continue his weekend features on 'BZ. I wish him the best.

Very reminiscent of Jordan on WSSH in the morning. He is a rare gem in radio.
