journal broadcasting in t-town

i recently interviewed for one of the four radio jobs that were available. first of all, why do people tell me there is a hireing freeze" journal is hireing. second, they couldn't have been more friendly and professional. i interviewed with shaun holley and he was a pleasure. they recently hired two jocks for the mix (royce blake and shiela something) and a program director for 106. i am up for a morning news gig and i hope i get it. i'd like to work for those people and the studios are modern and attractive.
