Joy FM on way to expand Sebring coverage

Since this area is part of the Tampa TV market I decided to post this here out of no where else to go.

The FCC has just given Radio Training Network preference to build a new non-commercial FM at 89.3mhz. This would be a class C3 and licenced to Frostproof with a transmitter just north of Sebring. Sebring is a rated radio market with some coverage from the big Tampa FM signals.

When is enuf for this station? They have translators all over the state as it is. Do they need more? Makes me wish I didnt do some of the original engineering work for Dr. L. when it was just his dream...
