JR's New Career? Advertising producer?

From MusicBiz.com...

In a sense, you have to wonder why this hasn't happened sooner. Advertising producer J.R. Gach has created a spot for a nasal spray specifically and solely for satellite radio's more liberal indecency laws. Specifically, the "Sinus Buster" nasal spray features a testimonial that features cursing. It's currently airing on--what else?--Howard Stern's channel. Naturally, the NAB is complaining about that, too, because some of Sirius' receivers bleed programming into non-Sirius receivers.

I'm pretty sure Wayne Perry (ex of WXXA's "Mad Minute") invented the Sinus Buster and is doing quite well with it...

It makes sense that JR would do the spot. Since he has time on his hands and needs the money. So he produced that spot, but I don't know if you can say that is a "career change" for him. But it did get him some national press, which is more than you can say for many EMPLOYED Albany air personalities.

Good for him.
