JTV now on DTV

Daystar has added a second subchannel to KDPH-LD RF 46. JTV now airs in digital and IDs to PSIP as channel 58.1. The former home to JTV, analog channel 58 is now silent, possibly for good. Daystar still has a CP to build a companion channel to analog 58, which doesn't expire until February, but it's unknown if they plan to build it out.
