Interesting that the suit says he was terminated in April, but he actually went missing from the show (according to posts on this board) in January of 2020. At that time, it was said he had been suspended because of a social media post. He never returned, and was then fired in April. The suspension was pre-covid, and never fully explained. Then Jubal reappeared with iHeart in July.

Correct, the letter he said he received threatening termination was pre-COVID and therefore before the advertising slowdown. And yes, his disappearance from the show was never explained though there was speculation of disagreement about the show's direction. But after he was fired in April, he did sit out 6 months before starting on KBKS.

This will never see the light of a courtroom. It’s just a way for Jubal to get revenge against his former employer and pocket some money in the process. Good for him if it works out.
