Judge keeps HJY in station fire lawsuits

Paraphrasing:

Per this mornings Prov Journal, a judge has apparently refused to remove HJY in lawsuits involving the station fire. This seems to only mean they CAN be sued......NOT that they are at fault. According to the article they CAN be held liable because they were a sponsor of the Great White concert and it's POSSIBLE plaintiffs CAN establish that the station had control over planning and operation. Duty MIGHT have been breached when the station didn't take steps to prevent the ignition of the fireworks and SUPPOSEDLY Mike Gonsalves had the authority to stop or delay the performance. Judge also claims HJY was familiar with the group's style.

So I read this to mean it doesn't signify HJY IS at fault but that they CAN be included in lawsuits. Apparently they wanted to gain the right to be excluded.
